It's very difficult to describe the form of the 3rd movement. The main theme occurs several times, giving it a rondo element. (ABACADAetc. where A is the rondo theme and the rest are episodes) however there is a suggestion of sonata form also as exposition, development, recapitulation and coda can be heard. We therefore describe the structure as Sonata Rondo form.
Exposition;
Theme 1 in its 2 halves and theme 2 make up the first subject group.
Theme 3 and 4 make the 2nd subject group in the dominant (minor then major)
After the recurring rondo theme, there are 2 new themes which some people describe as episodes but others describe them as developments of previous themes as the material is similar. That makes this section a development with modulations and sequences etc.)
A number of themes are repeated in the Recap and Coda
